Search and find

The GOLFINO online shop provides a variety of search possibilities:

  • Search for collections: You can use the navigation bar at the top to search for certain collections. For example, by moving the cursor to the specific gender and clicking on “Ladies”, you can open a page that will give you a brief description of the collections available.

  • Search for functions: If you are looking for articles with sun protection, just click on the corresponding function in the navigation bar at the top to access all the articles with a sun protection function.

  • Search for garment types: If you are looking for jackets, click on “Garment Types” in the navigation bar. You can specify your search here and select the articles you are interested in.

  • Search for special offers: At “Special Offers”, you will find attractive articles from previous collections, plus other articles on sale.

The GOLFINO online shop also provides a quick search option. You can enter article numbers or product names in the search window at the top left.

Six steps to your favourite item

1. Choose one article from either Collections, Function, Garment Type or Special Offers.

2. Select your size and the required amount of the article and add them to your shopping cart.

3. When you finish your shopping, go to the checkout and enter your billing details. You can then select to have your order sent to your home or another delivery address.

4. Now select your method of payment. You can pay by credit card or direct debit.

5. After accepting the general terms and conditions and the cancellation instructions, click on “Place order”.

6. After your data has been checked, we will send you a confirmation e-mail on the status of your order.

Your order is complete and will soon be on its way to you.


Coupon codes

By entering a coupon code in the shopping cart overview, you will get the chance to enjoy a price discount.


Delivery and shipping costs

Delivery times are normally 1 to 2 working days after placing the order within Germany and up to 7 working days within Europe. The shipping costs are £3.50 within UK and at most € 9,50 for other EU countries (except Madeira, the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands). If you want UPS to deliver to Australia, you have to pay € 40,00 and for the United States € 20,00. The goods are shipped exclusively by UPS.


Shipment tracking

The confirmation e-mail we sent you contains a UPS tracking code. At www.ups.com, you can enter this code to find out where your parcel is located and when it will be delivered to you.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, UPS will leave you a notification of attempted delivery and will normally try to forward it again on the next day. Alternatively, you could arrange a date for the delivery directly with UPS. You will find the contact details of the UPS branch on the notification.


Right to exchange and return

You can return all articles purchased at the GOLFINO online shop without giving a reason within 14 days after receipt free of charge with the enclosed return sticker, with the exception of perfume/cosmetics no longer in their original packaging. The sales contract will not come into force until the expiry of the 14-day return period. The goods can only be exchanged within the GOLFINO online shop and not in the GOLFINO stores/shops.

Please note that, in this case, the delivered goods must only have been used for the purpose of testing, as would be usual to try on the item in a retail store, for instance, and must be returned with the original label. In the event the goods have been damaged, we shall replace the goods or repay the full sales price to the credit card account used to make the purchase. Exchange is only possible when a new order is made.

In the event that material or manufacturing faults are found in the delivered articles, please inform us of these faults immediately. The failure to make such notice of faults shall however have no effect on your statutory claims.



Unless expressly otherwise agreed, the statutory warranty provisions shall apply.



You can take your parcels to UPS parcel centres or other places that accept UPS parcels for shipping. You can also arrange for your parcels to be collected. This can be done online using the collection service at www.ups.com or by calling the relevant number stated below.

Afterwards you only have to put the label of the return goods form on the sealed package and hand it over to UPS.

Credit notes

In general, credit notes are paid back as soon as the goods have been returned to the warehouse. The corresponding amount will be credited to your credit card account/bank account. GOLFINO will confirm the successful reimbursement of the purchasing price by e-mail. If an entire order is returned, the complete sum including the shipping costs will be reimbursed. If parts of the order are returned, only the sum of the returned goods will be reimbursed.


Order procedure / Customs

GOLFINO reserves the right not to accept online orders (e.g. if an article is not available or if invoices previously issued to you remain unpaid without good reason). This decision shall be at GOLFINO’s discretion. Sending of the goods constitutes acceptance of the customer's offer. If an online order is not carried out, GOLFINO shall inform you of this as soon as possible. Only orders in normal household quantities shall be accepted.

The recipient of international deliveries can be subject to import duties and taxes that will be charged as soon as the delivery has reached the country of destination. Additional costs for customs clearance shall be borne by the recipient. GOLFINO has no influence on these charges and is not able to provide information on their amount. Customs regulations vary greatly from country to country. Please contact your local customs authorities for further information.


Data protection

Of course, all personal data shall be fundamentally treated as confidential and your interests requiring protection will be strictly taken into account in accordance with statutory provisions.

In addition to the purposes given above, we shall also use your data for marketing purposes, in particular for the purpose of advertising GOLFINO products. You can object to the processing or sending and other use of your data for marketing purposes or revoke your consent at any time by notifying GOLFINO (clubmember-service(at)golfino.com). After receipt of your objection or revocation, we shall no longer use or process the data in question for marketing purposes and shall immediately stop sending advertising material.


GOLFINO only offers the possibility of paying by credit card or paypal.

If you decide to pay with a current credit card, GOLFINO reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card, creditworthiness in relation to the order amount and whether the purchaser's address is correct and shall be entitled to refuse orders on the basis of the findings of these checks. Please note that we only accept orders via the GOLFINO online shop to ensure your personal security. We cannot accept orders by telephone or fax.

The current prices given at any time shall apply. All prices include German sales tax at the current rate established by law, but not shipping costs.

Make the most of the benefits of the free Club Membership.

The sales for any purchases made in the GOLFINO shops and outlets or in the GOLFINO online shop will be recorded directly on your customer card. At the end of each year, you will receive a GOLFINO shopping voucher worth up to 5% of your annual purchases and many other benefits. With the GOLFINO Click&Collect Service we offer you the option of having your online orders sent to a GOLFINO store of your choice, with delivery free of shipment charges.

Click&Collect order process

To use Click&Collect, during the order process simply select the shipment option Click&Collect and then your desired store. The store’s address details will automatically be entered as the delivery address.

Once the store has received your order, a member of staff will personally let you know when the parcel has been received. Please note that we also need your phone number for this. Then you can try on the articles you have ordered immediately on collecting them in-store, and also ask the advice of the staff there!

We offer Click&Collect in the following countries: Germany, Great Britain, France, Spain and Denmark.


Click&Collect pickup

You will have 14 days to collect your order in-store.

When you come to collect your order, please bring some form of personal identification and the order confirmation. You can also show your order confirmation on your smartphone.

If you instruct someone else to collect your order, we will need to see an authorisation from you. You can download the form required for this here.

No payment will be required in-store. The entire order will be payable in advance by PayPal or credit card. Please note that we are unable to offer payment on account in combination with Click&Collect.

If you have not collected your order after 14 days, it will automatically be sent back to the GOLFINO Online Store.


Click&Collect return or exchange

At the GOLFINO store you can try on the styles you have ordered, including in other sizes if applicable, obtain personal advice from our staff, and it is straightforward to return items here too. It’s this simple:

If you only want to keep part of your order, there’s no problem. Our store staff will complete the returns form with you and pack the articles carefully before handing them over to our partner UPS.

If you decide in the store that you would prefer to have this article in a different colour or size, it’s no problem. Provided the price is the same, the article can simply be exchanged on the spot. If the articles are different prices, you can simply pay the difference or have it refunded on the spot.

We ask for your understanding that due to different stock levels, not all the articles from the online outlet are available or can be returned in your chosen store. In this case our store staff will complete the returns form with you and pack the articles carefully before handing them over to our partner UPS. You will receive a refund for the invoice you have already paid on your PayPal or credit card account once the returned articles have been received and processed in our GOLFINO central warehouse. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds in-store.

If you decide on a different article while you are in the store, the articles you ordered online will be returned via our GOLFINO store. In this case our store staff will complete the returns form with you and pack the articles carefully before handing them over to our partner UPS. You will receive a refund for the invoice you have already paid on your PayPal or credit card account once the returned articles have been received and processed in our GOLFINO central warehouse. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds in-store.



Vouchers/promotions: discount promotions applied to your order might not automatically also apply to further purchases in-store. If you have redeemed birthday or annual vouchers, the online team will send you new vouchers once your returns have been received.
