Terms and Conditions
The Club Member Card is issued upon application and is free of charge.
The Club Member Card is valid for the purchase of all GOLFINO items. If the purchase takes place in one of GOLFINO's own shops, then your purchase will be automatically recorded on your card. If you shop at one of our worldwide retail partners. we would ask you to send in a copy of the receipt to the following address:
GOLFINO AG, CM cards, Humboldtstr. 19, 21509 Glinde, Germany
so that we can add these purchases to your spending record.
At the end of each year, you will receive a GOLFINO
shopping voucher for the accounting period (01.11.
of the previous year up to and including 31.10. of the current year).
You will only be able to use this at one of GOLFINO's own shops or at the GOLFINO Factory Outlets. The value of the voucher will depend on your annual purchases for that year and is calculated as follows:
- Up to € 500 / £ 350 / 3700 DKK / 4700 SEK annual purchases (Birdie Club Member Card), you will receive a voucher with a value equal to 3 % of your annual purchases.
- For an expenditure level between € 500 and 1000 / £ 350 - 700 / 3700 - 7400 DKK / 4700 - 9400 SEK (Eagle Club Member Card), you will receive a voucher with a value equal to 4% of your annual purchases.
- For annual expenditure above € 1000 / £ 700 / 7400 DKK / 9400 SEK (Albatross Club Member Card), you will receive a voucher with a value equal to 5% of your annual purchases.
The shopping voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
If the expenditure level required for the current status is not reached in the following year, GOLFINO will reserve the right to adjust the club member status.
The customer card should be kept carefully and is not transferable. The card remains the property of GOLFINO AG and has to be returned on demand. Any right to keep the card is excluded.
GOLFINO AG is entitled to change the terms and conditions at any time. Card holders will be informed of any changes in a suitable and timely manner.
The customer card is not valid without the cardholder's signature. You should inform GOLFINO of any changes to your personal details.
GOLFINO AG has the right to process and store customer data, information about goods that are captured by the card, and data about payment methods (i.e. in the case of non cash payment, this may include banking details).
All rights governed by customer data protection laws are protected and are assured.
The card holder will receive regular information about GOLFINO promotions by post, telephone, e-mail, or SMS.
The card holder can withdraw the right to use her/his data at any time by notifying GOLFINO of this in writing.
